This filter is made by sintering spherical bronze powder or copper powder at high temperatures. During the manufacturing process, the spherical powder is not subjected to external forces, and the sintering temperature is strictly controlled within a certain range. Therefore, the powder remains in a spherical shape, and pores are formed between the particles, and the porosity can be customized 0.5um-120um. The sintered porous bronze filter can be made to different shapes such as filter element, filter leaf, muffler element and etc. which mainly used in purification and filtration of various medium or industrial mufflers.
