It can be thoroughly cleaned and regenerated: After clogging, it can be restored to its flow capacity through reverse flushing, ultrasonic cleaning, high-temperature calcination (to remove organic pollutants), etc., achieving multiple repeated uses.
4. Precise filtration accuracy and high permeability
The filter precision is usually between 1μm and 100μm, belonging to absolute accuracy rating (based on the maximum pore diameter).
High flow rate: Due to its high opening rate and sturdy structure, the initial flow rate is usually greater than that of deep filter elements, with lower pressure drop.
