Sintered Mesh Filter for Polymer Melt is made of stainless steel wire by weaving and sintered, then fold the mesh to be pleated type according to the filter area requirment from client, so it is customized specification filter cartridge, it has the advantages of smooth pore, easy to wash, resistant to high temperature & corrosion,firm structure, long working life and etc.

Polymer melt filter elements have more types to suit different scenarios:

• Sintered metal fiber felt filter element: it is the most commonly used for polymer melt, with high precision, large dirt holding capacity, good strength, and capable of reverse flushing and regeneration.
• Multi-layers sintered metal mesh filter element: it is also called sintered mesh filter, it has extremely high strength, mainly used for coarse filtration or as a protective element for subsequent precision filters.
• Sintered Powder filter element: it has uniform pore distribution, excellent deep filtration effect.
• Sintered filter disk element/filter screen package: Composed of multiple layers of metal mesh or glass fiber cloth stacked together, low cost, mostly used in filter changers.

• Features: Sintered Mesh Filter has large filtration area (5-10times) as normal cartridge shape filter element, large filtration rate range(1-300um)
• Connectors: Standard interface (such as 222,220,226), fast interface connection, threaded connection, flange connection, bars, special customized interface connection.
