Product Introduction
It is generally sintered mesh filter made by vacuum electron beam welding. Its filter medium is stainless steel sintered wire mesh. The precision is customized according to customer requirements. The size can also be customized, the diameter is generally less than 20mm, and length 100mm at the maximum.
Mini filter element used in valve body is commonly used for filtering hydraulic oil or gas in various precision of servo valves in hydraulic and pneumatic control systems. It has high self-cleaning ability and stable filter precision, in recent years, it already replaced sintered bronze powder element (the first generation valve filter), and also metal mesh filter supported by framework(the second generation valve filter)and even imported wire wound filter element, because it can make the serve system more stable and reliable.
For now the mini filter element used in valve body is also widely used in aerospace, hydraulic machinery, precision machine tools, automatic control, pharmaceutical industry (filtration of various antibiotics and other liquid drugs), food and beverage industry, petroleum industry, electronics industry, and chemical industry (filtration of organic solvents, acids, and alkalis).
