Sintered Mesh Cartridge for Dust-removing

The traditional dust-removing method is to send the high temperature gas into the non-metal filter bags after processing in cooling system. Compared with the traditional filter bag, the sintered mesh cartridge's filter media is mainly stainless steel sintered wire mesh, it is made by several layers mesh sintered together in high temperature vacuum sintering furnace, the filtration precision is standard 1micron, 3micron, 5micron and 10micron, or it can be customized according to client's requirment, and also the sintered mesh cartridge for dust-removing has customized end connection on both sides according to request, its advantages are resistant to high temperature, high strength, wear resistance and reusable etc.

1. Smoke gas treatment

Its primary advantage is high temperature resistance. It can handle smoke gas above 250℃, and sometimes the cooling device can be omitted, such as for coal/burning gas boilers, waste incineration smoke gas, steel-making electric furnace/induction furnace smoke gas, etc.

2. Chemical and process industries

The sintered mesh cartridge is resistant to chemical corrosion, so that it can handle complex component organic/inorganic dust, and is adaptable to solvent cleaning.
