Product Introduction
The sintered fiber cartridge is made by rolling and welding the sintered fiber felt according to the diameter and length specified by the customer.
Firstly, cut the flat fiber felt according to the size, and wrap or encase it around the central framework (such as stainless steel perforated tube) to increase the filtration area. Then, welding the seam of the rolling part (usually using argon arc welding) to form a cylindrical shape. Finally, weld the end caps (usually flange type or flat cap type) to the two ends of the filter cartridge then finish the production process, the welding seam must be firm, smooth, and free of defects, it ensures the cartridge has no leakage and can withstand the high pressure difference.
