Product Introduction
The sintered fiber pleated filter is made by pleated type sintered fiber felt, due to the three-dimensional mesh structure of the sintered felt itself and then folded and pleated structure in the production process, its filtration area is 5 to 10 times than ordinary cartridge filter, that makes it has high pollutant absorption capacity and longer service life, so that the frequency of filter's replacement decreased and the operation cost is lower than other types filters.
This filter can work above 600℃ and as low as -200℃, and its performance remains unaffected; Different materials of sintered metal fibers can be customized according to the characteristics of the filtering medium, such as Hastelloy alloy, Monel alloy, titanium, etc., which are suitable for various corrosive environments such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and organic solvents; besides, sintered fiber pleated filter has good toughness, can withstand drastic pressure fluctuations, thermal shock, and reverse flushing.
