Product Introduction
This filter is often referred to wedge wire filter or candle filter element, is the core component of a candle-type filtration system. It is made by winding and welding stainless steel wedge-shaped wire (V-shaped wire) onto multiple longitudinal support rods to form a highly rigid cylindrical filter element with a shape resembling individual candles. The wedge wire candle filter is usually composed of multiple pieces and are installed in a sealed filter tank to function.

Applications
Food and beverages are a well-established application field, used for clarifying and filtering liquids such as beer, liquor, fruit wine, juice, syrup, edible oil, gelatin, etc. Silica soil is usually used as a filter aid to remove colloids, yeast and impurities, ensuring the clarity and stability of the products.
In the fields of fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals, catalyst recovery is carried out, for example, in the production of medicine, spices, dyes, etc., to filter and recover expensive precious metal catalysts (such as palladium carbon, platinum carbon), achieving resource recycling; it is also used for the removal of activated carbon after decolorization.
