The high-flow water filter cartridge is a core component specifically designed for high-flow liquid filtration. It is made of high-performance materials such as polypropylene (PP) and features a large diameter and folded structure. The flow rate of a single filter element can reach 70-110 m³/h, which is more than 20 times that of a regular filter element.

It combines the advantages of surface filtration and deep filtration, has a large dirt-holding capacity, and its service life is 2 to 4 times that of ordinary filter cartridges.

Low pressure drop and energy saving: The filter layer is an optimized pleated structure and flow channel design, which results in low water flow resistance and pressure loss, helping to reduce the pump power consumption of the system and achieve energy-efficient operation.

Convenient and reliable maintenance: Most of them designed for single use, with simple and quick replacement operations. The U-shaped sealing groove and hot melt welding process ensure high sealing performance and effectively prevent bypass flow.

Industrial and municipal wastewater treatment
It is widely used as the pre-protective filter in reverse osmosis (RO) systems, effectively protecting expensive RO membranes; they are also used in the pre-treatment of condensate water in power plants, boiler feed water, seawater desalination, and municipal wastewater reuse, among other processes.
